What the hell is a PLL?

• Phase-Locked Loop.

What does that mean?

I’m not really fit to explain it. From my perspective it means a guitar/bass/synth pedal with square wave fuzz which includes signal tracking and produces an adjustable octave ratio output and sounds pretty wild. It’s electronics theory, used in radio, and is normally expressed in the form of an 4046 IC for pedal applications
